We're so excited to share with you something new and fun from another local small business. NW Nomad is new on the scene, but has been making beef jerky for years for friends and family. 

Brian, founder of NW Nomad Beef Jerky loves to bring his unique style and background to his beef jerky. Instead of just a boring, seen it everywhere, "teriyaki" which just tastes like a salt bomb, he's added some nuances through some of his favorite spices that help to highlight a fun and complex flavor profile. His product have fast become a hot commodity around the taproom, not just because of his winning smile (and adorbale pup Luna), but because people have recognized the time and quality he puts into each batch.
