From Scratch Pie Crust

Our pie dough uses only fresh ingredients and kneaded by hand to make sure the dough is extra flakey.

We offer our crusts as two different options, both will be RAW and FROZEN so that you can choose to blind bake or not:

1. SMALL Pie Crust Dough Ball: this will give you enough dough to roll out one 9” pie crust. The dough comes in a ball, so you’d need to defrost, cut and roll out product yourself.

2. LARGE Pie Crust Dough Ball: either two 9” pies with just lower crust (think pumpkin, etc) or one 9” pie with lower and upper crust (think apple with lattice top, etc).  The dough comes in a ball, so you’d need to defrost, cut and roll out product yourself.

This dough is also great for hand pies, pot pies, appetizers, and more!
