From Scratch Pie Crust

We make our pie crusts every year for Pike Place’s annual Harvest Box and now we’re offering it to you as well. 

We offer our crusts as two different options, both will be RAW and FROZEN so that you can choose to blind bake or not:

1. Pie crust dough ball: this will give you enough dough to roll out either two 9” pies with just lower crust (think pumpkin, etc) or one 9” pie with lower and upper crust (think apple with lattice top, etc). The dough comes in a ball, so you’d need to defrost, cut and roll out product yourself. 
2. 9” pie dough rolled out: we will roll out and place the dough in our 9” pie pan and deliver to you for you to fill with whatever your heart desires. This comes with just the dough in the pan, no upper crust.
