We do have some tips for you when handling the CBD:

• NEVER let it get above 200 degrees. It will start to degrade above 200 and will loose its effects.
• A little goes a very long way!
• This is 1,000mg and most humans need 10-15mg 3x/day.
• Animals usually use 1-2mg per 10lbs 3x/day
